See you 2012

so, 16 days of Olympics has come to an end, I must say this is the first Olympics that I was so into.... the many achievements and milestones that was, got me watching (besides the endless ranting of how the opening was the best the world has ever seen), a big part being the hype of Michael Phelps and his 8 golds in a single Olympics, rewriting history, to the silver medal Singapore won in the Woman's Team Table Tennis event after 48 years (they should totally make it a public holiday after that). 

then there are the smaller heroes who deserve mentioning as well, Matthew Mitcham (below), an Australian diver won Gold in his 10m Platform event, crashing Chinas hopes for a clean-sweep of Golds at diving (GO MATT!), scoring a 112.10 in his final dive, the highest single-dive score in Olympic history, and he is the first Aussie male to win an Olympic Gold medal in diving since 1924. 

Novak Djokovic of Serbia, delivered their first medal in Tennis, taking Bronze (GO NOVAK!!... no pics sadly)

so it's another 4 years before it all starts over again, (maybe Phelps wants 9 Golds next time?) 2012 in London, and I must say the little peak into what it'll look like in 2012 got me intrigue. 

and I have an uncanny feeling that I sound like a journalist for the above post....

Woot!! so the new single of Maroon 5, Goodnight Goodnight (aka my fav song), official video has just been release, and it will go down as one of my fav videos of all time.....

so I don't know how many of u will watch it, but it's one damn good song, and a bloody good video, no matter if whoever say whatever =P if that made sense...

in other news, I have a new found respect for divers everywhere, I was watching the Olympics 10m platform semi's and I realize it takes more strength and courage to jump of a 10m high platform while doing some complicated somersaults in mid air while holding your body in a tight position while trying to land into the pool nicely while trying to keep your swimsuit on......  so a big salute to them...

another piece of randomness, Maroon 5 was in DC and they walked into a bar and Adam started to make drinks for everyone in the bar!!....

if I was in a bar and suddenly Maroon 5 walks in and Adam made me a drink I would just freak...... hahahaha

if you haven't known, the Singapore woman's table tennis team got into the finals in the Olympics, even though they were no match against the China team (I'm typing this after the final match) they still secured a silver and the first medal after 48 year, I was so darn happy and proud when I heard that after long last Singapore got herself a medal in the Olympics.

don't ask me where this patriotism is coming from cause I have no idea myself, but it's there.... (even if the two who compete in the match were both born in china)

on a complete random note, Adam Levine got himself a new tattoo....

I don't really know what to think about it....

Eggplants, Tomato, Strawberries

argh... week 4 of school already.... and coming to a end as well, it seems like time is going at the speed of sound, and works are already piling up bit by bit.... things that you thought you can leave aside 1st are coming back to haunt.... haha, and it's nobody's fault but mine... (check out the song, Nobody's Fault But Mine by Beth Rowley, it's nice =))

the new lectures aree.... interesting..... to put it in a nice way.... haha I won't name names... though my new photog mates are a crazy and fun bunch to hang with...
